General Questions
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility, please email us in advance for approval.
Where is Rustic River Resort located?
We are between Calgary and Edmonton, west of Red Deer, about 20 minutes northwest of Rocky Mountain House and 10 minutes north of Crimson Lake Provincial Park.
What should I do when I arrive at the gate?
Ring the doorbell and let us know your lot number. Please do not call and ring the bell at the same time.
Can I bring my own firewood?
No. Outside firewood is not permitted because of pest concerns. Firewood bundles are available on-site.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Dogs must be leashed at all times. The area north of the boat launch is an off-leash area; stop at the store for a map and more information.
How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
Look for the RUSTIC GUEST network and follow the prompts, or purchase an access code at the store. The shared guest network is not intended for streaming.
